We were founded on the simple concept of gathering information quickly and efficiently. In the beginning, we primarily focused on providing drug/alcohol services and Third-Party Administration (TPA) services to clients – all while maintaining a high level of customer service. We were in essence the back-office engine for companies that were mandated by the Department of Transportation (DOT). Shortly after inception, we were approached by a large law firm for background checks because of our reputation of maintaining the highest level of compliance, safety and customer protection while still having the ability to focus on our client’s needs. From that first background check client, we have grown to expand our service offering to support human resource, loss prevention, and security/legal professionals directly.
